Following my time at University doing a BA in Health and sport education, I made the decision to support others with their physical and mental well being with a Level 3 Personal Training course.
I spent some considerable time developing expertise in specific areas such as legs and glutes, also training in Advanced nutrition to ensure I understood fully, the impact of a good diet together with a focussed exercise programme.
I recognise the difficulties we all face in keeping fit and healthy and offer both face to face and online programmes with regular advice and support.
I offer sessions both in the gym in Bracknell and also in a studio in Ascot. I can provide testimonials from a number of previous clients and welcome men and women of all ages
